Our client had a renovation done with another contractor last year that did not go according to plan. The furnace was oversized for the space and as a result was very loud and "short cycled". The clients decided to have the whole furnace system redone. We came highly recommended by a builder that we work with.

We moved the furnace for him to another location under the stairs and changed some ducting around to create more living space in his basement. The new furnace is now properly sized for the home with enough return air to allow proper circulation. The ECM variable speed furnace allows continous circulation of the air through the high efficiency filtration system while lowering the energy bills.
